• Recoded how chats are handled
• Removed requirement for chatcount
• Removed requirement for indexing your chat
• Tab complete will show usernames instead of display names

• Checks were added for additional :'s in the swear dictionary
• Added some additional anti dupe swear word protection
• Added a new system to convert your config from v0.8.6 -> v0.8.7 with out losing data

Possbile BUG(s) FOUND:
- using the command vpc on its own causes an error on line 902 - Fixed in v0.8.7
- using the command vpc blacklist * when there blacklist is empty will cause a nullpointer error until some one is blacklisted- Fixed in v0.8.7

This is not a plugin breaking bug nor a but that breaks the features of the plugin.
