CCMemory (formerly Legendary) is a plugin inspired by the server
Cosmic Craft, they have custom items, that are coded by a paid developer. I took the time to recreate all of these items for the public use.

To use this plugin, it is very simple. If you know how to manage a server and know how it runs, you should be able to understand how to do this. I will give you commands and information for the plugin. Including how it works and what to do if you want to make it into a kit for players.
Information
This plugin is built off a string of listeners. It asks the server is a user has a item or armor piece with a unique feature/attribute that makes it different from other pieces of armor. In more advanced words, it will contact the server asking if a armor piece or weapon has a lore, if it has a lore it will continue running a line of code and adding sound and other attributes for the item, but if it does not have that specific attribute, the code will stop and move no forward.
How to use this Plugin/Commands
So this plugin does not have a specific command system built into the plugin. But you can do this with any item creating or kit plugin for servers.
Just set the lore and its color (CaSe SeNsAtIvE) and the item should work fine.

Items Uses:
This will make players never loose hunger and give them permanent night vision 3
This will give players the permanent effect of strength 2
This will make players invisible, still showing armor.
This will give players the speed 2 effect permanently
This will give players a 3x damage bonus, so if you get a 3 damage, the axe will do 9 damage to them. Including special effect noises.
This will spawn lightning upon the player who is hit with an arrow.
