This was the first plugin I wrote when I started developing plugins.
Now it received a complete recode and I decided to open-source it, so feel free to participate.

The command toggles the effects, therefore you can just type /effects nightvision a second time to remove your permanent nightvision.

Make sure to have at least Java 17 running!
