This plugin prom pts players with poor connection to revise their WiFi if there is a problema

Commands:
- /pingalert staffwarn - is used to activate / deactivate the warnings.
- /ping <player> - see your ping or another player
Permission:
- pingalert.ping
- pingalert.pingothers - to view the ping of other players
- pingalert.staff - to receive kick messages
- pingalert.kickbypass - bypass on kick
