ChatHandler+ V1.0.3 Introduces the all new chat color system as well as fixes some large bugs pointed out to us by our incredible community!

1. Chat Color System: You can now utilise the new Chat Color Add-On by using /chatcolor. This GUI is fully customisable and even allows you to define your own chat colors using HEX!

2. Added some very important bug fixes to keep your plugin running smoothly!
