Chat Manager is the only chat manager plugin you need.

My goal is having one plugin manage all you chat permissions, moderation, etc. Instead of having to download multiple plugins that each plugin will handle a specific thing, Chat Manager will handle it all for you in an optimize and a user friendly way. I'm very open to suggestions and feedback, so if you have any, I would really appreciate it.
