You need an economy plugin such as EssentialsX and Vault, but those are just drag and drop, ready out of the box plugins, much like this

There is a GUI available via /gambling, /casino, /gamble, but the commands try to follow a template: /<game> <bet amount> <modifier> <initiate>

Example: /roulette 100 black roll
or /plinko 25 5


It plays nicely with Citizens, and there are commands to continue games too like /blackjack hit so, in my own server(chudcraft.jeffstein.xyz), the casino npcs run them as the player who right clicks them lol, until i get the casino blocks working properly with the buttons and levers and stuff
