A Minecraft plugin that generates a completely empty (void) world without any terrain or structures.

Usage:

1. Download the latest version of the CleanWorldGenerator plugin from SpigotMC.
2. Place the downloaded JAR file into your server's `plugins` directory.
3. Restart your server to load the plugin.
4. Create a new world using the command

   /mv create <worldname> normal --generator CleanWorldGeneratorPlugin
