⭕️ MYSTERY ZONES FREE ⭕️ A lightweight plugin that periodically spawns eye-catching “cylinder” zones around your world. Step inside to trigger a reward… or a surprise.
Core Idea & How It Works
At set intervals the plugin spawns Zones in random, allowed locations.
Each zone is a clear particle cylinder visible from afar, with its own name, color/particle style, duration, and diameter.
Entering the zone instantly triggers its effect — e.g., grant XP, apply potion effects, drop items, give items directly, or spawn mobs.
An in-game Manager GUI lets admins view active/loaded zones and tweak global settings.
Optional “permission required” mode so only certain ranks can activate zones.
Particle density and vertical stepping are configurable for a great look at good performance.
How Zones Spawn & Display
Every X seconds (default 30) the controller picks coordinates in allowed worlds and spawns a zone for its set duration.
In the world you’ll see a glowing ring on the ground and a vertical particle cylinder — that is the zone boundary (diameter is per-zone).
When time is up, visuals fade and the zone despawns.
Menus:
Manager GUI – main admin hub
Active Zones – currently running zones
Loaded Zones – all zones defined in zones.yml
Zone Settings – per-zone toggles (status/params)
Global Settings – frequency, collision policy, permission mode, particle density, etc.
