How It Works
The core mechanic is simple yet effective: the chance of a player receiving a mob's drop is directly proportional to the percentage of damage they dealt. For example, if a mob has 100 HP and you dealt 70 damage while another player dealt 30, you have a 70% chance to win the loot roll, while the other player has a 30% chance.
If a player wins the roll, the item is dropped and a protected timer begins.
- Damage-Based Distribution: Fairly distributes loot among all players who contributed to a mob's death.
- Protected Loot Drops: The player who wins the loot roll has a configurable amount of time to pick up the item. During this period, the loot is protected and cannot be picked up by other players.
- Loot Glow: Items dropped under the plugin's protection will glow, making them easy to spot for the intended player. The glow is a visual indicator that the loot is protected.
