PyHopperLimiter is a lightweight aplugin that helps server owners limit the number of hoppers per chunk

❓ How It Works
When a player places a hopper, the plugin checks how many already exist in that chunk.

If the limit is reached, the placement is cancelled and the player receives a message.

If the placement succeeds, the hopper count is updated in memory for fast checks.

Breaking hoppers automatically updates the chunk count.
Commands
/hopperlimiter reload – Reloads config.yml and updates settings instantly
⛏️ Permissions
pyhopperlimiter.bypass – Allows placing unlimited hoppers (ignores chunk limit).
pyhopperlimiter.admin – Grants access to /hopperlimiter reload.
