How does it work?
FlexiPapel gives a "role" (or custom item) to the specified player.
Commands: (fully configurable)
- /role give {player} (role) (amount)

Permissions:
- flexipapel.admin: Permission to give the "role" (or custom item) to the specified player.
- flexipapel.admin: Permission to reload the configuration
- flexipapel.use: Permission for the player to use any configured item
- flexipapel.bypass: Permission to bypass the entire system
