Announcement & Timer System by Perwd
This Skript adds two handy utility commands:

• /announce <message> – Broadcasts a custom announcement to all players using the title screen. Requires announce.use permission.
  
  
• /timer <seconds> – Starts a global countdown displayed in the action bar for all players. When it reaches zero, a sound plays and players are notified. Requires timer.use permission.
  

Perfect for events, games, or server-wide notifications!
