A replica of the plugin found on the TimeDrain SMP.

This is only a very early version of this plugin, so please report any bugs and glitches and please feel free to give me feedback!

The config is very self explanatory.

Commands:
/timedrain withdraw <amount (seconds)> - Withdraws a item which can be later claimed for that same amount of time
/timedrain add <player> <amount (seconds)>
/timedrain remove <player> <amount (seconds)>
/timedrain set <player> <amount (seconds)>
/timedrain get <player>
/timedrain unban <player> - Unbans a player and gives them 1 minute
