Shards:
When killing tier 1 or tier 2 bosses, they can drop boss shards. These shards can be used to craft items to spawn the next tier of bosses.

Shards:

Papa Panda boss can only be spawned in a bamboo forest.
To summon him, build 8 mossy cobble around a chiselled stone, then put a cake in the middle on top of the chiselled stone.

To summon him, build 8 mossy cobble around a chiselled stone, then put a cake in the middle on top of the chiselled stone.

The
Slime King boss can only be spawned in a swamp biome.
To summon him, build 8 slime blocks around a diamond block, then right click the diamond block in the middle with an eye of ender.

To summon him, build 8 slime blocks around a diamond block, then right click the diamond block in the middle with an eye of ender.

The
Killer Bunny boss can only be spawned in a desert biome.
To summon him, plant 8 carrot crops around a magma block, then right-click the magma block with 16 golden carrots.

Zombie King boss can only be spawned in a plains biome.
To summon him, build 8 soul sand around an emerald block, then click the emerald block in the middle with some brain coral.

To summon him, build 8 soul sand around an emerald block, then click the emerald block in the middle with some brain coral.

The
Ghast Lord boss can only be spawned in any biome in the Nether.
To summon him, place 8 redstone dust around a magma block, then right-click the magma block with 16 gold ingots.

To summon him, place 8 redstone dust around a magma block, then right-click the magma block with 16 gold ingots.

Wither Skeleton King boss can only be spawned in the Nether.
To summon him, light 8 fires with a flint and steel around a wither skull, then click the skull block in the middle with a magma cream.

To summon him, light 8 fires with a flint and steel around a wither skull, then click the skull block in the middle with a magma cream.

Tier 2 – Aggressive Enforcers

Giant can only be spawned in a plains biome.
To summon him, place 4 redstone around a campfire, then put 4 redstone torches down, one in each corner. Now right click the campfire with the Potion of Giant Growth.

The
Demon boss is a bit different from the other tier 2 bosses.
You do not use any shard item, you just need to get a nether star.
However, you can only summon him after all the god tier (Tier 3) bosses have been defeated. To summon him, place 4 redstone around a campfire, then put 4 redstone torches down, one in each corner. Now click the fire with the nether star. Demon can be summoned in any biome.

You do not use any shard item, you just need to get a nether star.

To spawn the
Pharaoh God you need to eat the forbidden fruit apple in a desert biome.
To craft the Forbidden Fruit, you need 5 Gold Blocks, 1 Apple, and 3 shards i.e Emerald, Gold and Blue Boss Shard.

Drowned God you need to eat the forbidden fruit apple in a ocean biome. And your coordinates must be y = 40 or lower.
To craft the Forbidden Fruit, you need 5 Gold Blocks, 1 Apple, and 3 shards i.e Emerald, Gold and Blue Boss Shard.

To summon the Devil you must eat an Abhorrent Fruit in the Nether. The Abhorrent Fruit is crafted with a Forbidden Fruit and 4 demon boss shards.

Death is spawned with the Death Note Item. For this keep inventory should be on and you have to enter your own name in the Death Note.
It will teleport you in the end and summon the Death boss.
