HeadStealSMP Plugin -----
This is a Headsteal smp plugin inspired by psd1 HeadSteal Server Made By:SloopNodgeKey Features:
- PvP Kill Rewards: Gain +0.5% permanent PvP damage with each kill.
- Death Penalties: Lose -0.5% damage and one active head power on PvP death.
- Unique Head Powers (only one active at a time):
- Zombie Head → Strength I
- Skeleton Skull → Speed II
- Creeper Head → Explosion immunity
- Enderman Head → Teleport (30s cooldown)
- Player Head → +1 Heart (up to 3 times)
- Zombie Head → Strength I
- /headpower command to check your current power and PvP bonuses.
- Only PvP matters — natural deaths do not affect progression.
- Fully persistent data saving using player UUIDs.
- Compatible with Minecraft 1.21+ on Paper servers.
