ComServ is a fully-featured Minecraft punishment plugin that replaces traditional bans or jails with
realistic community service tasks. Instead of removing players from the game, you assign them work to complete in a designated area to “redeem” themselves.
Key Features
✅
Task-based punishments with 4 built-in types:
- Digging
- Planting seeds
- Placing blocks
- Picking up items
Designated work area
All tasks must be completed
within a specific region (default: X -115 to -109, Z 59 to 67). This prevents players from cheating the task elsewhere.
⏳
Time limit per punishment
Each punishment has a configurable
timer (default: 10 minutes). If the task isn’t completed in time, it will resume next login.
Duty book & instructions
Players receive a
written book in their inventory that explains the task and the reason for the punishment.
Work uniform
The plugin equips players with a colored leather vest to visually mark them as a community worker.
Logout prevention
If a player tries to log out during active punishment, the task persists and continues next login.
Persistent data storage
Punishment progress is saved in punishments.yml, so everything is restored even after a server restart.
Server-wide broadcast
All players see a broadcast when someone starts a community service sentence.
