/portal create <Name> <PortalKey> - Create a new portal
/portal disband <PortalKey> - Delete a portal
/portal spawn <PortalKey> - Spawn a portal at your location
/portal inventory - Open the custom portal GUI
/portal set home current <PortalKey> - Set the portal's home to your current location
/portal set home click <PortalKey> - Set the portal's home by clicking a block
/portal set destination current <PortalKey> - Set destination to your current location
/portal set destination click <PortalKey> - Set destination by clicking a block
/portal set shape <ShapeType> <PortalKey> - Set the portal's shape (e.g. sphere, cube)
