When players hit their playtime limit, they get a permanent title and permanent effects applied until the server restarts (usually a new day)

Default config:

• Effect: Blindness 10 (cant be removed in any way)
• Title: Touch Grass

Permissions:

• touchgrass.bypass (people who have an exception)

Commands

• /resetgrass <@a, @s, {player name}> (lets you remove the touching grass effect)
• /applygrass <@a, @s, {player name}> (lets you apply the touching grass effect)
