SkeletonReducer - Reduces skeletons in your world

Tired of getting pelted with arrows every time you go mining or exploring at night? This lightweight plugin lets you reduce skeleton spawns without completely removing them from your world.

Perfect for servers where skeletons are becoming too annoying but you still want some challenge. Just set a percentage in the config - want half as many skeletons? Set it to 50. Want to cut them down by 90%? Set it to 90. Want them gone completely? Set it to 100 (though at that point you might as well use a different plugin)
