SimpleVoiceChatModerator is a plugin to easily mute/unmute players using the Luck Perms plugin. This is useful espessialy when your players do not have individual permissions and use group perms like default, plus, media, etc. To have a well structured permission groups and have full control over the permissions muted players have SimpleVoiceChatModerator is perfect. Make sure you have the exact same group names like default -> default_muted in your Luck Perms.
