Commands:
- /zglos <nick> – open the report GUI for a player
- /zglos-ban <nick> – open the ban GUI for a player
- /zglos-reload – reload the plugin configuration
- nightreport.ban – access to GUI banning
- nightreport.reload – permission to reload config
