This plugin allows for enchantments above vanilla limitations. For example: Quick Charge III combined with another Quick Charge III book in an anvil will result in Quick Charge IV.
Quick Charge V makes it possible to spam a crossbow.
Due to this being a work in progress the only enchantment supported at this time is Quick Charge until level V.
