This plugin makes a chest private/public and secures a chest. Once you place down a chest, the chest will be locked

Now, only you can access the chest !!


To make the chest public/available to everyone, you need to craft a publisher.

Now, right clicking your chest will make it accessible to all!!


However, if you want to change your mind, you can make it private again using the "Un-Publisher". Right Clicking the chest will make it private.
