/mymenus edit (menu) - Edit an existing menu
/mymenus edit (menu) title - Change the menu title
/mymenus delete (menu) - Delete menu
/mymenus save - Save the current menu

Editing the actions of items:
1. Click on the item in the menu
2. Write to chat:
- action add (left/right/shiftleft/shiftright) [player]/[console]/[sound]/[close]/[open]/[message] (arguments)
- action remove (left/right/shiftleft/shiftleft/shiftright) (command)
- action list
