Custom plugin made for my server as I could not find any plugin that prevents placement of player heads.

Please note this plugin does not prevent skulls being placed (mob heads)

This plugin blocks custom player heads.

The plugin only does one thing and that is block placement of heads. There are no commands, no permissions etc.
