This plugin allows you to customize join and quit messages for players on your server. You can create unique messages for different player groups and let players set their own custom messages via a graphical user interface (GUI).
Installation:
Download the plugin file CustomJoinMessagePlugin.jar.
Place it in the plugins folder of your server.
Ensure that Vault and PlaceholderAPI plugins are installed (if you want to use related features).
Start the server to generate configuration files.
Customize messages in the config.yml file.
Requirements:
Minecraft version: 1.18.2+
Dependencies: Vault, PlaceholderAPI (optional)
Permissions:
cjm.admin
Needed to use the command, /cjm delete <nickname>
Deleting a custom message created by a player
Commands:
/cjm <group> <message> — Set a join message for a specific group.
/cjm gui — Open the GUI for selecting or creating a custom message.
/cjm reset — Reset your custom join message to the default group message.
/cjm delete <Nickname> — Delete another player's custom join message.
GUI:
Players can open the GUI using the /cjm gui command.
The GUI has two buttons:
Default message: Revert to the group-defined message.
Set custom message: Create a unique join message for the player.
