plugin for random teleportation

commands:

• /rtp

teleports you to random coordinates in the aisles of a given zone (10,000 by 10,000 blocks by default)

• /rtp centre <X> <Z>

sets the center around which you will be teleported
for /rtp center:
permission: random_teleport.rtp_centre

• /rtp excludeBiome <biome>

adds the biome to the list of excluded
for /rtp excludeBiome:
permission: random_teleport.rtp_excludeBiome

• /rtp includeBiome <biome>

removes the biome from the list of excluded
for /rtp includeBiome:
permission: random_teleport. includeBiome

• /rtp blockedBiome

provides a list of all excluded biomes
for /rtp blockedBiome:
permission: random_teleport.blockedBiome

• /center clear

resets the center
for /rtp center:
permission: random_teleport.center.*

• /check value
