Oxygen Survival Mechanics
This plugin adds an oxygen system to Minecraft, introducing two key items:

• Oxygen Mask: Wearable helmet that protects you from suffocation in low-oxygen areas.

• Oxygen Tank: Craftable consumable that provides breathable air (duration configurable).

Features:
Oxygen depletion in specific Y-level ranges (fully configurable)
Crafting recipes for mask and tanks
Visual feedback and damage mechanics when oxygen runs out
