First Players Reward System

• Automatically rewards the first X players who join the server after a restart or server launch.
• Fully configurable (number of players, console commands).
• Prevents duplicate rewards (players can only claim once).

• Admin command to reset the counter when needed.

• Admins can trigger special join events where the next X players get a different reward.
