YOU CAN EDIT EVERYTHING IN THE CONFIG.YML!

/shout <message> - Send a message shouting
/action <message> - Send an action
/whisper <message> - Whisper a message
/ooc <message> - Send a Out of Character message, visible to all players in the server
/looc <message> - Send a Local Out of Character message
/roll - Get a random number from 1 to the max you set in the Config!

In the config you can edit ALL the distance, the message and disable looc and ooc function.
