Commands:
- /ec - Opens your own ender chest.
- /aec <player> - Opens the ender chest of a specific player (requires permission).
- f4stbutterfly-enderchest.use - Grants access to the /ec command.
- f4stbutterfly-enderchest.use.other - Grants access to the /aec command to view other players' ender chests.
