BASIC INFO:
Thanks to this plugin you can easily free the blocked players via / free <player >, by teleporting them to the spawn you have set with / freesetspawn

COMMANDS
/free <player> [Unblock] - Free a player!
/free reload - Reload the Plugin config.yml
/freesetspawn [freess]

PERMISSIONS
free.use - Permission for use /free and free a player
free.setspawn - Permission for set the Spawn (with /freesetspawn)
free.reload - Permission for execute /free reload and reload the Plguin
