You can open a gui to select items you want to pick up!

When you are near an item, you can press L-Shift + F to open the "Nearby Items" menu, then you can click on the item you want to pick it up and put it in your backpack. The menu will also show the players who picked up the item at the same time as you. The language displayed in the menu and action bar will change with the client language and the content in the Actionbar will also change as the client key bind changes.
