Description
This plugin introduces two unique tools that enhance gameplay and provide new mechanics perfect for PvP, survival, or faction servers:

1. Shears (Enhanced Shears):
   
   • Allow players to instantly destroy a 3x3 area of cobwebs by clicking on them with shears.
   • Includes a customizable cooldown system (default: 10 seconds) to prevent overuse.
2. Obsidian Breaker:
   
   • A special diamond pickaxe named "§dObsidian Breaker" that allows players to instantly destroy obsidian blocks with a simple click.
   • Features a customizable cooldown system (default: 25 seconds) to keep the tool balanced.

Configuration
The config.yml file allows you to customize:

• Cooldown and success messages.
• Cooldown duration for each tool.
