A simple maintenance feature.
Command: /maintenance (to toggle)
Permissions:
Command: AdvancedAdministration.maintenance.command
Not kicked while maintenance: AdvancedAdministration.maintenance.skip

In the config.yml you are able to configure the plugin:

In the messages.yml you are able to change ALL messages:
