Flatfile Storage. Region/claim data stored as YAML files inside plugin folder.

Chunk Claims. Let your players to claim chunks to protect their lands.
Regions. Create cuboid regions with arbitrary size to protect certain areas from griefing. It's also possible to let players to create regions!
Regions x Claims. Create regions over player chunks or claim chunks inside admin regions. Can be disabled completely!
Wilderness. Global region to set flags for the whole world.
60+ Flags. Over 60 flags for both, regions and claims!
Priority. Set region/claim priority to override parent region's settings!
Auto Save. Save modified claims/regions once in certain interval and on shutdown.
