This is one of the closest Bliss SMP Remakes, which only requires Skript and a few Skript addons to run and has all the features from the original plugin.

Make sure your server is 1.20.6 Spigot/Bukkit, Paper or Purpur.
For version 1.2 and before, uninstall ViaVersion if it's installed, as in most cases it will prevent Bliss from working properly.
For version 1.3 onwards, ViaVersion is compatible with the plugin.
Download the plugins above and put them into the /plugins folder in your server.
Restart your server.
Put files Bliss Script Base.sk and Bliss Flux Base.sk in /plugins/Skript/scripts in your server's files.
The plugin installation will be complete after restarting once again.

Crafting recipes for Bliss-related items can be found in our Discord server

From version 1.4 onwards, Traders, Upgraders and Energy Bottles can no longer be crafted (can be enabled using commands above), and they are supposed to be given out via events.

If you want to change these recipes, you can either open a ticket in Discord or edit them in the script manually.
