A configurable plugin that spawns phantoms whenever a player goes above a set y-level.
These phantoms will break blocks, and will keep spawning up until you go below the set y-level again.
Commands:
/setphantomname - sets the name of the extra phantoms
/setphantomheight - sets the height at which phantoms start spawning
/setphantomdelay - the delay in seconds between each wave of phantoms
/setphantomcount - how many phantoms are spawned in each wave
