Selective Mining
This plugin allows easy configuration of a tool to only be capable of destroying certain blocks, featuring both a blacklist and whitelist feature (where blacklist takes priority--if a material is in both the blacklist and the whitelist, it will not be breakable).

/sm enable -- Run this command while holding an item to enable selective mining for that item.
/sm disable -- Disable selective mining on an item that it has been enabled on.
/sm allow <material> -- Allow a material to be broken with the item the player is holding.
/sm deny <material> -- Prevent a material from being broken with the item the player is holding.
/sm list -- List all allowed and denied materials registered on this item.
