getUUID makes it easier for server owners to manage and control their server. getUUID allows you to obtain player's Unique ID (UUID).

This is useful for the instances where you'll need a player's UUID in order to fix a player file or ensure that someone is banned via their UUID. getUUID is extremely lightweight and will not affect server performance in the slightest.
Even if you think that it is not useful, it might come in handy someday!
