A simple plugin that notify everyone when a player talk in chat. Also change the /say command to play a sound when used.

OP players name will be displayed in purple.
Creative mode players will have their name displayed in italic.

Commands

• /say <message>: Send a message to all players as [CONSOLE] and play a sound.
  Permission: basechat.say or OP
