Description:
Vampiric Pulse adds an exciting dynamic to combat by granting players the ability to absorb the life of their enemies with each kill. This plugin provides full or partial healing, as well as additional beneficial effects like speed and strength. Customize the healing percentage, effect duration, and cooldowns to fit your server's needs. All messages are available in English and Spanish.

Commands:

• /vampiricpulse reload: Reload the plugin's configuration and message files.
• /vampiricpulse cooldown: Show the remaining cooldown time for the user.

Permissions:

• vampiricpulse.use: Allows the player to use Vampiric Pulse abilities.
• vampiricpulse.admin: Allows the player to administer Vampiric Pulse plugin settings.

How It Works:

• Life Steal Mechanic: Every time a player kills another player, they absorb their life, receiving a configurable amount of health.
• Additional Effects: Players can receive speed and strength boosts upon killing another player. These effects are fully configurable.
• Cooldown System: Each ability has a configurable cooldown to prevent abuse and maintain balance in gameplay.

Configuration:
All configuration options can be customized via the config.yml file. Additionally, messages can be customized in messages_en.yml or messages_es.yml for multi-language support.

I am new to creating plugins, it may have some bugs but I am willing to read any improvements to the plugin, as well as recommendations
