Description:
PvPBoosters adds an exciting layer to PvP battles by introducing special items that players can use to activate temporary boosts. These boosts enhance various aspects of combat, such as speed, strength, regeneration, and damage resistance. Customize the duration and cooldowns for each boost to fit your server's needs.

Commands:

• /pb giveboost <player> <boost> <amount>: Give a specified amount of a boost item to a player.
• /pb cooldowns <player>: Check the remaining cooldowns for a player's boosts.
• /pb resetcooldowns <player>: Reset all cooldowns for a player.
• /pb reload: Reload the plugin's configuration and message files.
• /pb boostmenu: View a menu of all available boosts.

Permissions:

• pvpboosters.give: Allows use of the /pb giveboost command.
• pvpboosters.cooldowns: Allows use of the /pb cooldowns command.
• pvpboosters.resetcooldowns: Allows use of the /pb resetcooldowns command.
• pvpboosters.reload: Allows use of the /pb reload command.
• pvpboosters.boostmenu: Allows use of the /pb boostmenu command.

How It Works:

• Custom Boosts: Add a variety of boosts such as Speed, Strength, Regeneration, and Shield to enhance player abilities during PvP battles.
• Unique Items: Each boost is represented by a unique item that players can use, ensuring that only the designated items activate the boosts.
• Cooldown System: Each boost has its own configurable cooldown period, preventing abuse and ensuring balanced gameplay.
• Visual and Audio Effects: Boosts are accompanied by customizable visual particles and sounds to enhance the player experience.
• User Interface: The /pb boostmenu command provides a graphical interface for players to view all available boosts and their details.

Configuration:
All configuration options can be customized via the config.yml file. Additionally, messages can be customized in messages_en.yml or messages_es.yml for multi-language support.
