Permissions:
staffchat.use - Permission to use staffchat
staffchat.admin - Permission to use /staffchat reload command
(The permission can be changed in config.yml)

Commands:
/sc <text> - This command send message to StaffChat with your text
/staffchat <text> - This command send message to StaffChat with your text
/staffchat reload - This command reload StaffChat plugin
