And so, let's get to the essence of the plugin:
The plugin has 2 commands /xitem enable, and /xitem disable.

* When you enter the /xitem enable command, you turn on the cycle of issuing any items to all players present on the server.
* When you enter the /xitem disable command, you disable this cycle of issuing any items.

The plugin has only 1 right:

* xitem.use

You can also set up a cycle of seconds each time things are issued in config.yml, in the xItem folder.
