Commands and Permissions:

1. /startvote [Day/Weather]
   • Description: Initiates a vote for either day or good weather.
   • Permission: serverrocket.vote.start
   • Usage: /startvote Day or /startvote Weather
   • Example:
     • /startvote Day - Starts a vote to change the time to day.
     • /startvote Weather - Starts a vote to change the weather to clear.
2. /vote
   • Description: Allows a player to participate in an ongoing vote.
   • Permission: serverrocket.vote.vote
   • Usage: /vote
   • Example:
     • /vote - Casts your vote in the current active poll.

Configuration:
The plugin comes with two configuration files:

1. config.yml - For general plugin configuration.
2. message.yml - For customizing the messages sent to players.

Installation:

1. Download the VotePlugin.jar file.
2. Place the jar file in your server's plugins directory.
3. Restart your server to generate the default configuration files.
4. Customize the config.yml and message.yml files as needed.
5. Reload or restart your server to apply the changes.

Customization:
You can customize the messages displayed to players in the message.yml file. This allows you to change prefixes, success messages, error messages, and more to fit your server’s theme.
