This Skript adds a player head named "&6&lGolden head" when right clicked It applies some specific effects

When right clicked:

• Speed III for 15 seconds.
• Regeneration II for 10 seconds.
• Absorption II for 120 seconds.
• Cancels the right-click event.
• Consumes one instance of the player head item from the player's inventory.
• Sets a new cooldown for 6 seconds.

Death Handling and Drop Prevention:

• Prevents dropping the player head named "&6&lGolden head"
• Player Death: Ensures the goldenhead is not dropped upon player death.
• Upon killing a player: Checks the killer's inventory for the presence of less than three instances of the player head and adds 1 Goldenhead per kill
