UpgradeableSpawners is a spawner plugin that allows the user to set the number of levels a spawner may have as well as the drops, XP, mob count, and delay.

How To Pick Up: Simply Use A Silk Touch Pickaxe
How To Give: Using /Spawner Give <player> <mob> <level> <amount>
How To Upgrade: Right-Click A Placed Spawner To Open The Upgrade GUI
