introducing dntd permissions system

• what is dntd? dntd is a custom made system to replace all permission system plugins. at it's simple roots you might laugh; however, with its unlimited possibilities it has some helpful things.
• what are modules? modules are extensions of the system to help create and manage servers. all modules are custom made and easy to setup. a list can be found for all of our modules, they are also included in a separate file when downloading the Skript.
• what if it's not working? if you're having troubles getting dntd setup or having hardware issues, please feel free to contact me directly! please report all bugs as well
• dntd runs permissions off of numbers (integers)

set up:
after downloading at creating a ".sk" file please do /sk reload (file name)
when the script loads, all systems will be set and all op players will be given the 'superadmin' role
after that everything is good! you can start to set up your server ranks or mess around with things

commands:
/debug 1 - sends all the server ranks and perms
/debug 2 - resets all the server ranks and perms
/dntd 1 (rank) - to create a new rank
/dntd 2 (rank) to delete a rank
/dntd (permission #) (rank) - to add a permission to a rank (do it again to remove that permission)
/rank (player) (rank) - set a players rank

default permissions:
#223 - set rank
#343 - debug dntd
#superadmin - create/delete ranks, add/remove perms
